CSR Reduces Stock Sale After Train Crash

BY ESTHER FUNG SHANGHAI—Chinese train maker CSR Corp. has lowered the amount it seeks to raise from a planned additional share sale by 18% to 9 billion yuan (US$1.4 billion) to reflect the decline in its share price following a deadly train crash in July.
