Aim-listed Synchronica pays $25m for Nokia’s US messaging business

Synchronica, the Aim listed provider of mobile messaging services, has agreed to pay $25m for a similar US business owned by Nokia.The deal counts as a reverse takeover so the company's shares have been suspended at 17.25p. Finco Holdings, which held 80.98 percent of Orient Garments, sold 10,983,400 shares of its holding constituting 20 percent of the apparel exporter's issued capital at an average price of 28.07 rupees a share.
