Lathrop Homes listed on National Register of Historic Places

CHICAGO  – The Julia C. Lathrop Homes, bounded by Clyburn and North Damen Avenues, North Leavitt Street and Chicago Road, has been listed in the National Register of Historic Places by the National Park Service.  Its inclusion in this prestigious national list was announced today by the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency, which administers the National Register program in Illinois. Distressed O.C. homes for sale tumble 61%

Distressed properties were 23% of Orange County homes listed for sale and 48% of the residences recently put into escrow.
