ICT listed as flagship project in Baltic Sea strategy action plan

The European Commission has integrated the flagship ICT for Health project into the EU Baltic Sea strategy action plan. The European Union’s Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013 is a European Territorial Cooperation Programme which promotes regional development through trans-national cooperation. Campaigners recently produced this artist's impression of their proposed facade for Edinburgh's old OdeonA community effort to save an Edinburgh cinema has been stepped up.
