TDS Announces the Sale of $200 Million Notes – PR

Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. (NYSE: TDS, TDS.S) announced today that, on Nov. 16, 2010, it sold $200 million of 6.875 percent Senior Notes due 2059 and has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to $30 million of additional notes.
