Oprah lists Jay-Z’s book, Lululemon as some of her favourite things

Talk show host Oprah Winfrey has revealed her list of 'ultimate favourite things', and it includes Jay-Z's new book Decoded, and Lululemon relaxed athletic pants. Kearney home sales in 2010 nothing to sneeze at

KEARNEY — Home sales numbers have increased since last year, but a Kearney real estate leader says things could be better.
