Berkeley is the main listed player in the sector, and the hedge funds — Odey Asset Management, BlueMountain Capital Management and Anchorage Capital — are betting that top-end houses and apartments are heading for a crash.

Back in December, publishing label Devolver Digital showcased Ojiro Fumoto’s gunboots platformer Downwell running on PlayStation Vita. It was a tease.
Now, however, PlayStation Japan has confirmed that Downwell is heading to PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in 2016. It’s even featured in a new trailer (above) of indie games coming to PlayStation this year.
