A vacant warehouse in Runcorn town centre is to go under the hammer. The property on High Street is listed with a guide price of £100,000-£110,000. It is being marketed by Pugh Co and will go to auction on Thursday, February 25, at the Etihad Stadium, home of Manchester City FC.
