Tattershall with Thorpe Parish Council has thanked all who helped and supported Christmas events, including the much appreciated Military Wives Choir.

The “Light Up with Christmas Trees” project proved a success, with eight businesses taking part plus the small trees added to surround the large tree in the Market Place Square.

Over the last 10 months, a condition survey has been carried out for the church wall in Holy Trinity churchyard, which is a listed scheduled ancient monument.

In partnership with the Parochial Church Council, the parish council has been working with Historic England to find out what condition the wall is in and what can be done to stop further deterioration.
