University of Akron for sale? Craigslist ad pulled after few hours

AKRON, Ohio - The University of Akron, which is cutting expenses and laying off employees to reduce a $60 million deficit, was listed for sale on Craigslist Tuesday night. The ad, which indicated that it was posted by President Scott Scarborough, was taken down from the site after a few hours, but that was long enough for people to save it and share on social media.
