Sebi proposes new listing & disclosure requirement norms

MUMBAI: To enhance enforceability of various regulatory provisions by listed firms, Sebi today proposed a new set of rules that would require greater disclosures by the companies and give more powers to stock exchange to check any non-compliance. College plan to knock down ‘listed’ building

Plans to demolish a ‘listed’ former school clinic building to create a new entrance to Blackpool and The Fylde College will go before councillors this week. Gatwick Airport expansion threatens historic buildings

Historic buildings in Mole Valley are under threat of demolition if a proposed second runway at Gatwick Airport is given the go ahead, according to the Charlwood History Group.The group has visited listed buildings which would be torn down if a new runway was to be built.
