Housing is becoming more affordable in Whangarei, despite a "flurry" of people rushing to buy their first home before lending restrictions take effect, a local real estate agent says. Henbury Station, NT listed for sale through insolvency firm PPB Advisory

Henbury Station, where one of Australia’s most controversial carbon farming projects is located, was placed on the market last week through the insolvency firm PPB Advisory. Located 230 kilometres south of Alice Springs, the property was purchased and destocked by R.M. Williams Agricultural Holdings in 2011 with $9 million of federal funding. R.M. Electric Zoo Festival Canceled Following Two Fatalities

Sunday, the final day of the three-day Electric Zoo Festival was canceled by New York City government following two fatalities and after four concertgoers became critically ill and were placed in critical care units in area hospitals. The city claimed the deaths "appear to have involved the drug MDMA (ecstasy or molly)."

Stockton’s Ropner Park awarded grade II listed status
