The three year old filly had won two of her four starts for the trainer’s wife, Elaine, this season and progressed from winning a Nottingham handicap to take this step up in stride in her class.
Always prominent under Danny Tudhope in the 10 furlong contest, the Falco filly was hardpressed to prevail with both Piana and Shared Account throwing down strong challenges.
Odeliz stuck her head out bravely, however, to prevail by a nose and a short-neck.
Regal Hawk, trained by Newmarket handler James Tate, finished over five lengths further back in sixth.
