German listed Estavis buys Berlin housing at 11 times rental

Fast-growing German listed housing company Estavis has acquired 3,200 apartments in Berlin Hohenschonhausen for a price of €110m, selling on 2,000 with refurbishment needs to two institutions. The proceeds bring the cost on the retained segment down to 11 times rental.

The Washington Redskins, in partnership with Bon Secours Virginia Health System, the City of Richmond and the Virginia Governor’s Office, announced their 2013 training camp schedule, set to take place at the new world-class Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center from July 25 through Aug. 16 in Richmond, Va.
