90 medical ‘don’ts’ listed for doctors, patients to avoid

WASHINGTON — Doctors should avoid 90 medical procedures that are performed regularly but often cost too much or do little good, according to a new list of expert recommendations. Wanted sex offender arrested in Jackson Twp.

Police conducting a traffic stop on The Strip Friday evening arrested a wanted sex offender from Akron. Bradford L. Dean, 33, was arrested at 5:08 p.m. in the 4500 block of Mega Street NW on a sexual battery warrant out of Jackson Township, Stark County Jail records said. The warrant for his arrest was issued on Tuesday. Details of events that led to the charge were not listed in the jail records.
