A striking group of Georgian listed buildings in the University area - including one on the Buildings at Risk register - are to be converted back into homes, if planners agree. Developer Thomas Homes Limited has applied to restore and convert four buildings on the University of Reading London Road campus. COUNCIL bosses argued against York's condemned Reynards garage becoming a listed building after they voted to redevelop the site, it has emerged.
