The new chief executive of Newcastle-based residential landlord Grainger plc has announced plans to invest more than £850m into private rented sector assets as part of a bold strategy to drive up rental income. The piece of public art called Declaration, which was produced in 1961 by British sculptor Phillip King, has been given listed status by the Government's department for culture, media and sport on the advice of Historic England. A STATUE at the University of Warwick has been listed by Historic England. The 3B Series 1 Sculpture, in the Rootes Building courtyard on the University’s main Coventry campus, has been awarded listed building status in recognition of its post-war importance.
