Some of London’s listed buildings could be demolished to make way for Crossrail 2
It seems not a week goes by without somewhere in London being under threat from the arrival of Crossrail or its sequel, Crossrail 2. This week, heritage campaigners The Victorian Society have warned that if the proposed route for Crossrail 2 gets the green light, it could mean demolishing several Grade II-listed buildings across the city.
