Has The Beautiful South star Paul Heaton put his Salford boozer up for sale? The musician, who first found fame in The Housemartins, took over The King’s Arms in Bloom Street in 2011. Now the lease to the Grade II-listed pub, which is also a popular theatre and music venue, is back on the market for £75,000 according to a listing by pub sales specialist Sidney Phillips.
