Allbrook House and Roehampton Library will not be listed as regeneration moves …
Regeneration work on a Roehampton estate will go ahead, after the Secretary of State refused an application to protect a block of flats.
Wandsworth Council intended to work on Allbrook House and Roehampton Library, as part of the Alton area regeneration, but this was delayed because of an application to have the buildings listed for architectural or historic interest.

MSCI adds Alibaba, other US-listed China shares to indexes

NEW YORK (Reuters) - MSCI will add Alibaba Group, Baidu.com and a dozen other overseas-listed Chinese shares to its emerging market index beginning on Dec. 1, in a move that is expected to draw billions of dollars into the stocks and make MSCI the first indexer to include these shares.

Mount Hope school to be listed for sale
MOUNT HOPE - Haven USD 312 is expected to list its closed elementary school building in Mount Hope with a Realtor.
The school closed in spring 2015, because of low attendance. It was the second time the district had closed the school.

London Landlord bars the 800 campaigners that got his pub listed
A London landlord has barred 800 local campaigners from his pub after they managed to get his property listed, making it harder for him to sell.
Steve Coxshall, a former stockbroker that also managed the boyband Blue, said the campaigners, the Hampstead Neighbourhood Forum, were “hypocrites in cardigans”.
