Listed Barwell church gets go-ahead to replace stolen lead

Permission has been given to replace lead stolen from the roof of a Grade I listed village church with regular steel. Thieves made off with tens of thousands of pounds worth of lead from the 800-year-old St Mary’s Church in Barwell in the summer. Look at this quote from its Nov. 13 story about Ben Carson and Donald Trump. “The retired neurosurgeon is trying to show more discipline, a week after losing his cool during a press conference,” the site says. It claims that Carson is “eager to right his campaign,” the reason being a recent “barrage of criticism.” These assertions are lobbed into the piece. AIM-listed advice firm seals takeover deal

National advice firm Jelf Group’s deal to be taken over by insurance broker Mash for £258 million has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority.
