Gladman submits plans for 235 homes for Middlewich

MIDDLEWICH is earmarked for an extra 235 houses to add to the hundreds of properties being built on the edge of the town. Gladman Developments wants to construct the new estate off Warmingham Lane, and is seeking outline planning approval for the scheme. Bid to keep historic pub, The Royal Oak, in Cooling Road, Frindsbury out of developer’s hands

Campaigners are hoping to stop the demolition of a 300-year-old pub by getting the building listed. Residents in Frindsbury are unhappy about plans to knock down the Royal Oak pub in Cooling Road to make way for six three-bedroom houses. Lime Street developers hit back over criticism of £35m plans
