The device is listed at a price of $599, although we are not certain if this is merely a place holder. OWNERS of a listed pub could be forced to demolish a wall which was put up without planning permission. The wall was constructed from multicoloured bricks and stainless steel flower tubs at the Brewers Arms, in Victoria Place, Brightlingsea.
