Landlord ‘charging £500pm’ for tiny room with just enough space for a mat

This picture shows a living area that someone pays for - even though there's just about space for a mat on the floor. It was shared by police online who have announced they are investigating the landlord who allegedly charges £500 per month to rent the 'bedroom'.
