More than 11 acres of council land looks set to be sold off to expand a business park. Kirklees Council’s Cabinet will be asked to give the go-ahead for the sale of land at Bradley Business Park. House prices 2015: inflation to hit 10% in cities

House prices in the UK's 20 largest cities could be rising by as much as 10 per cent by the end of the year as demand continues to surge, according to latest figures from property analysts Hometrack.
