Biggby Coffee space in downtown Ann Arbor listed for lease

The space occupied by Biggby Coffee at 539 E. Liberty in downtown Ann Arbor has been listed for lease, but company representatives refuse to comment on the store's future. The 1,748 square-foot space has been listed by Swisher Commercial since late February at a rate of $45 per square foot for the year. Monthly rent on the space is $6,555.
