Supply of homes for sale in Orange County remains thin

Orange County’s supply of housing for sale continues to run below a year ago, according to ReportsOnHousing. As of last Thursday there were 6,276 Orange County homes listed for sale, compared to 6,104 two weeks earlier – a jump of 2.8 percent. A year ago there were 7,182 a year ago homes listed, so we’re down 12.6 percent in a year.
