Listed IFA buys Kidderminster-based adviser for £1.7m

Listed IFA AFH Financial has bought Kidderminster-based KL Plester Financial Services Holdings for £1.7m, marking its seventh acquisition since the firm listed on Aim in June 2014 and the fourth during the current financial year. BANK HOUSE in Leeds has been awarded Grade II listed building status. The building on King Street, designed in the 1960s by architects BDP, has been added to the list of buildings of special architectural or historic interest by English Heritage.
