HONG KONG Feb 12 (Reuters) - U.S.-listed Macau junket operator Iao Kun Group Holding Co Ltd on Thursday said its application for a Hong Kong dual listing had been rejected due to its declining performance and uncertain outlook. A planning application to build eight new homes overlooking two grade-two listed cottages has been refused again. The development was proposed for land off Preston New Road in Marton, close to the cottages which date back to the 18th Century and have significant heritage value. A coastal rescue team is looking for volunteers to help maintain its historic museum after a refit. Tullow Oil scraps dividend after first loss in 15 years

Tullow Oil (TLW) has scrapped its dividend after reporting its first loss in 15 years as the tumbling oil price took its toll.
