Police are renewing their appeal for witnesses to a fire which tore through a listed building in Epsom on Thursday (February 19). Firefighters were called to the blaze in East Street at its junction with Kiln Lane at 2.20am and were still at the scene on Friday (February 20). The derelict building, which lies between Windmill Lane and Church Road, suffered extensive damage to two floors, roof space and the basement.
