Matlock Mercury’s Best Bar 2014 competition winner has been announced after the newspaper was inundated with nominations for the much–sought after title. Neighbours inundated the church and district council with complaints saying the noise was keeping them awake and that the barn should be soundproofed and the music should be turned down.
