The Eastern Coney Island across from Eastern Michigan University's campus is for sale. A co-owner reached by The Ann Arbor News said she owned the property, at 533 W. Cross St., with her husband, Daniel Daywood. The co-owner, who declined to be identified, said they put the restaurant on the market because they live in Wixom, it isn’t making enough money and they aren't able to hire adequate help.
