VIEW GALLERY  Seven boys have been arrested on suspicion of arson after a blaze destroyed a Grade-II listed farmhouse.Chaddock Hall in Wigan was ravaged by fire which broke out at around 7.30pm on Thursday, December 4.Police said that offenders broke into the property, on Chaddock Lane in Astley, and set fire to furniture inside. A man found a body Sunday evening in the Atsugi, Kanagawa Prefecture, apartment of his younger, 58-year-old brother after the landlord alerted him that his sibling had failed to pay the rent.
