Middlewich thrilled with postcode honour

MIDDLEWICH residents were given a pleasant surprise last week when the town was named as one of the most desirable postcodes in the country. The Middlewich CW10 postcode was listed in fourth place after a study carried out to mark the 40th anniversary of the postcode. Comments (0) The MANAGING director of a High Street restaurant has repainted the beams of his Grade II-listed building, having been forced to change them back to the original colour by Mid Sussex District Council. Salim Choudhury repainted the beams at Nizam Restaurant from grey to the original black at a cost of £4,500 to his business.
