Apple showed off its Apple Watch devices to the world for the first time today, putting months of rumours and speculation to rest. The Apple Watch has a force-sensitive Retina sapphire crystal display and stainless steel/black stainless steel cases, with a choice of three different leather straps, a link bracelet, a Milanese loop and a sports strap made from rubber. An erstwhile playground for the Vanderbilts, Carnegies, and Mellons has hit the market in Key Biscayne.The 2-acre bayfront property on a secluded peninsula at 775 S. Mashta Drive on Key Biscayne is listed on the market for $60 million.If the property fetches that price, it would break the record for Miami-Dade County. Listed building ‘wrecked’ by graffiti

Vandals have “completely wrecked” an abandoned building by painting graffiti on the front and squatting inside. The MAN building, in Crown Road, on the junction with Southbury Road, Enfield, has also been used for illegal raves and parties in the last few months.
