London drives house price increase, says ONS

19 August 2014 Last updated at 12:06 Annual house price inflation was 10.2% in June, compared with 10.4% in May, according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS). The rise was again driven mainly by London, where house prices increased by 19.3% over the year, a slight drop from the previous month's figure. When a listed building isn’t, at least according to LV

I recently renewed my buildings and contents insurance for the third year with LV (I also have car and travel insurance with it). But when I checked the documents I noticed that a new statement had been added, saying: "Your house is not a listed building." Our house is Grade II listed.
