Oppo has introduced a new budget smartphone, the Neo 5, for the Malaysian market.The Oppo Neo 5, possibly the successor to the Oppo Neo, is now listed on the company's site without pricing details. INNOVATIVE plans to transform the site of an historic Hartlepool landmark into 38 new homes have been agreed.
