The Brown Bottle at Schlitz Park shooting for an August reopening

The Brown Bottle, the defunct Old World-style tavern in Schlitz Park, will be reopened, and it appears the company that runs the business park is behind the opening.   Gary Grunau, president of Brewery Works, the company that developed and operates Schlitz Park, told the Journal Sentinel last year that an operator was being sought for the closed restaurant and bar, at 221 W. Bid to overturn listed status of ‘Banksy building’ in Gloucestershire

The owners of the house where Banksy painted his ‘spies artwork’ are said to be challenging the building’s listed status to try to pave the way to sell the piece. Cheltenham Borough Council slapped a temporary stop notice on the property on Wednesday to prevent any work being done to the house without permission. AIM-listed wealth firm primed for acquisitions after strong first half

European Wealth believes it has a good platform for more acquisitions following a strong performance in the first half. The AIM-listed wealth firm, which recently sealed a deal for Surrey-based adviser business Compass, said assets under management rose by 24% to £0.8 billion in the first half.
