Residents in an area with a Milton Keynes postcode have the 7th highest level of personal debt in the UK, a new survey has revealed.  Although MK42 is in the Bedford area, for the purposes of this survey it was classed as a 'Milton Keynes' postcode. The debt figures were compiled by the British Bankers’ Association and the Council of Mortgage Lenders, covering around 9,000 postcode sectors. CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Northeast Ohio home sales inched up in June, posting a 1.1 percent gain from the same month of 2013. Listing-service data show that sales of single-family homes were essentially flat across 15 counties, while condominium sales jumped.
