Sales pace picks up for Charleston area’s higher-priced listings, report shows

A recent housing report shows the region's pricier listings are selling at a faster pace than in 2013. The Charleston Trident Association of Realtors' midyear update released earlier this month shows that detached homes and condominiums in the $350,000-and-above range had the largest change from between when the property was listed and the eventual sale.
