York County man arrested after botched copper piping theft in New Cumberland …

A Dover man was arrested Monday after police said he admitted burglarizing a New Cumberland home in an attempt to steal copper piping.Jeremiah M. Todd, 34, of the 2000 block of Red Bank Road, has been charged with felony burglary and criminal trespassing along with misdemeanor attempted theft.
