Marion’s Bowling takes third state title in shot put

Marion senior Anthony Bowling earned his third state title in the shot put Feb. 26. Bowling swept the Group AA indoor and outdoor championships in the shot as a junior. On Feb. 26 at Liberty University in Lynchburg, he captured the Group 2A/1A indoor title. LITTLE Mikaeel Kular died from internal bleeding and peritonitis, according to a death certificate released yesterday.Police found the three-year-old’s body in woodland in Fife six weeks ago. His mother Rosdeep, 33, has been charged with his murder.A registrar in Kirkcaldy released the certificate. A local family is trying a new money-saving tactic by giving away their Tsawwassen house for free to anyone who will take it. Posted under the “free stuff” category on Craigslist and listed on home relocation sites last week, the house has already generated a lot of interest, says homeowner Suzanne Smith.
