York Galleria for sale

The York Galleria is for sale. Dan Summerlin, director of corporate relations for mall owner CBL Associates, confirmed the Tennessee-based company listed the mall for sale, but he wouldn't offer any other details. "It's our policy not to comment until a sale is final," he said. The commercial realty company also owns nearby York Town Center, which is not currently listed for sale. Greater Manchester’s newest listed building – a granny’s garden shed
