Existing home prices still climbing in Toronto

The average sale price of a Toronto home climbed to $526,528 in January, a 9% increase from a year ago. Report: Slipping home prices won’t last

That median -- defined as the point at which half the homes sold for more and half sold for less -- was still 18.9 percent greater than the local market saw in January 2012.
