Housing Listings Multiply in June

The number of homes listed for sale increased by 4.3% in June to 1.9 million homes, the highest level in the last year, according to data released Monday by Realtor.com. The Tower Estate Winery portfolio in Pokolbin in the Hunter Valley, founded by celebrated wine-maker Len Evans and majority owned by former News Corporation chief executive and chairman Ken Cowley, has been listed for sale. The buyer interest is expected to come from Asian investors as well as local buyers.
