The Kelly fashionista family are upgrading homes on exclusive Kutti Beach in Vaucluse. Its one of just the seven beachfront houses in the scenic location with postcard perfect images across Sydney Harbour. Sale of state properties could double listed property sector

This is according to Thomas Matlala, president of the South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners, who believes that while the industry has seen significant transformation since the 1990s, only about 5% of the government’s rented properties are black-owned.
