Cunningham’s restaurant downtown is listed for sale

Cunningham’s restaurant on Fourth Street is on the market. The Courier-Journal reports that the popular downtown restaurant is listed for $675,000, but that the son of its owners may take over its operation and remove it from the market. Realtor reports burglary of home listed for sale

A house for sale suffered loss due to a burglary, according to the Realtor who made the discovery.Ozzie Webb said someone took an air-conditioning unit from behind a house for sale on Brown Avenue.This was the second report in a matter of a few days concerning items such as air units being stolen at homes for sale.According to a report filed by deputy Cru Ross, who began an investigation for Webb, the theft may have occurred during the past two months.
