Eau Claire (WQOW) - A real estate listing sparks a lot of questions. Hutchinson Technology has listed part of its facility in Eau Claire for sale. Eau Claire's economic development director says this does not come as a surprise. King County home prices dip to March lows

The median price of houses sold in King County dipped in January to its lowest level since last March, according to statistics released Tuesday by the Northwest Multiple Listing Service.
