Number of Calgary houses listed for sale declines

Are you finding it hard these days to find a home to buy in the Calgary market?

It might have something to do with the listings.

According to the Calgary Real Estate Board, so far this month from January 1-28, new MLS listings in the city have dropped to 2,218, down 3.57 per cent from the same time a year ago.

Active listings of 3,153 are also off by 30.63 per cent.
