Six homes in Brockworth blocked by planning inspector
ANTI-DEVELOPMENT campaigners in Brockworth are celebrating a mini victory after Tewkesbury Borough Council's decision to block new homes in Court Road was upheld by a planning inspector.
Connaught Land had appealed against a council decision not to allow a development of six new homes, 10 parking spaces and traffic calming measures.

Stock Exchange to make listing easier for firms

The Irish Stock Exchange is in talks with US counterparts to make it easier for companies to list in Ireland and the US as officials in Dublin try to stop the flow of companies defecting from the Dublin exchange.The Irish exchange already has an agreement with London's Alternative Investment Market (AIM) to reduce red tape for companies that want a listing in both countries.
